    At Niche Luxe, every candle refill and refresh is crafted to order to ensure the highest quality burn and the truest expression of your chosen scent.

    Processing Time

    • All refills and refresh pours require 7–8 full days to cure.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days total for production before your order ships.
    • This ensures your candle arrives fully set, stable, and ready for a clean first burn.

    🚚 Shipping Time

    • Once cured and packaged, your order ships via USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on your location.
    • Most customers receive their order within 2–5 business days after shipment.
    • Tracking information will be sent automatically to your email or phone as soon as your package is on its way.

    • Refills arrive securely wrapped in wax paper, cushioned inside a custom Niche Luxe box.
    • All packaging is designed for safe, melt-free travel and easy transfer into your vessel.
